Filled in from the camera when the photos agree on a day. You can change it.
Vehicle and VIN. Leave blank for one title line.

3 · Pages, as they will print

Type under a photo to print a note beneath it. Leave a box blank for no note.

Photos stay on this computer. The report is built here in the browser and nothing is uploaded.
